"Absolutely charming place, lovely family run business, super welcoming, friendly, greeted by dogs, ducks and cows. Stunning peaceful location, just what I needed."

"Easy to book. Lovely little place. Vey Cosy. Peaceful location"

"It`s very basic and small, but clean and tidy - for a week ok. Old fashioned and with damp musty smell (there was an air dehumidifier) - we had to wash all our clothes after this week. Compare to our other cottages in this holiday the performance was lousy and the price we`d paid much too high."

"Great location for children"

"A very warm welcome from the owners. Beautiful location and good value for money. Mattresses in the twin room were a bit thin/soft which is a consideration if (like me) you can have back trouble. It was peaceful and a good location for visiting both south and north Cornwall coasts. Newquay was our best day out."

"We had a good stay in Ross cottage. It was quiet and peaceful an close to many interesting places."

"A comfortable clean compact cottage in an incredible location close to Hartland Quay and Hartland Point, the only minor issue being the sharp entry and exit to and from the drive. The cottage being upside down with the living area on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is well equipped kitchen wise and an enormous double bed and dog friendly.Overall a very pleasant comfortable and welcoming cottage."

"the dogs loved it, and it was relaxing brake for the humans"

"We really enjoyed our stay at your wonderful property."

"Amazing place, as it says Tucked Away, very peaceful, easy to get to beaches, points of interest etc, lovely hosts very accommodating. Will definitely be returning"

"Lovely location and accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for 3 of us."

"What a gem of a Property - absolutely perfect We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return again. You do need a car to be able to get out and about and explore the lovely area, we managed to get to Truro (Healeys Cider Farm)/Perranporth, Boscastle and Instow (perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed the run on the beach) and all within about an hour away and then you come back to a very comfortable property, at the end of your day to relax and unwind. Would certainly recommend. "

"We had a lovely stay and found the accommodation comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly and the cream tea on arrival was a very welcome treat!"

"We had an extended family break in relatively poor weather, so we were not able to enjoy the grounds which would have been a great plus. Dispute this we totally enjoyed the property with its large rooms. The kitchen is a galley lay out but worked better for us with little people. The hosts were outstanding with a us especially as we caused a few unforeseen issues."

"Property was clean on arrival with a wonderful afternoon tea waiting for us with homemade scones. I can't fault it at all. All the basics there, however, i would recommend taking extra toilet roll WiFi strength is strong which is needed as there is no phone signal. Great little entrance area to store dirty walking boots and wet clothes (although may not need this is the summer months). The setting is beautiful, with a river running at the bottom of the field and plenty of woodland to explore....

"Very nice place. Is good location to visit Cornwall and Devon."

"Very friendly and attentive hosts. comfortable,, clean, well equiped apartment, great pool & Yakuzi . Great starting Point to explore the Region. Extraordinary equestrian opportunities — horses, training, site — strongly recommended"
