"Do not stay at this hotel—especially if you are traveling with family. We booked this hotel expecting a basic, clean place to sleep before an early flight. Based on the name and the reviews we saw on Expedia, we believed it would be decent. That was a serious mistake. I now genuinely question how those reviews exist, because they do not reflect reality at all. I should have checked Google reviews instead. This hotel is beyond terrible. The moment we entered, there was an overwhelming, artificial strawberry-chemical odor being pumped through the air conditioning system. The smell is suffocating—so strong it makes it difficult to breathe. Due to that, I could not sleep the entire night!!! I cannot imagine what this would do to someone with allergies, asthma, or any respiratory sensitivity. It is clearly being used to mask heavy smoking odors, something we were never informed that it was allowed. The environment was completely inappropriate for families. The lobby contains multiple clubs, and there are men and women interactions that are not appropriate for families. When we waited there for about 30 minutes before leaving for the airport, I had to physically shield my child’s attention and tell her not to look around. No parent should ever be put in that position. This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. Unsafe, unpleasant, and misleading. Do not stay here. "

"Well, cheapest 5 star hotel property in Dubai so what can you expect. A bit overrun by Korean tourists groups and buses, busy and very basic breakfast, no hot drinks selections, very limited choice food. However staff is amazing and accommodating, big rooms and convenient location to airport."
