"The water in the shower was cold two days and scorching hot one day and the temperature could not be adjusted. We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. "No smapoo to wash your hair. You can always buy some for a pound (but the vending machine was empty). Over the top of a KFC, which means a lot of mess and late noise. Loud music being played in cars in the early hours of the morning. If your a women on your own, you will porbably be frightened of the car park. Food there is average."

"Room condition was poor marks on walls and stains on carpets not additional bedding in family room , appeared to be only for named person on booking, informed when room was booked " payment on departure" not so asked to pay on arrival "

"Good parking facilities at no extra cost. Reasonable close to town centre and railway station. If you take the path along the river is a pleasant stroll. Take your own shampoo, hair-dryer, shower gel. You will not find any. WLAN available, but not the best reliability."
