"Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by a very nice older gentleman who is very friendly and welcoming. Opening the door to our room was a very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The TV with apps was awesome since we enjoy listening to rain and thunder for sleeping. The bathroom was very clean, shampoo conditioner body wash was awesome too. The breakfast choices were very good, hot and cold breakfast. "

"When we arrived, Veronica at front desk, said we could only have 2 queen beds although I paid the upgrade price for one king bed. Through her professionalism, after seeing my reservation on my iPhone, she honored the one king bed. It seems Hotels.com is not sending the hotels correct information as to room type once a reservation is booked. If I pay for the upgrade, I would expect to receive the upgrade. Again, the Front Desk clerk was extremely professional and then the housekeeper, Jessica (?) went into the room to insure its readiness. That was appreciated and again, we felt this property was extremely well run. "
