"It is truly a clean establishment; nevertheless, with the exception of Amanda who checked us out, all three (3) black... I reiterate...all three (3) black concierge attendants who were there during our stay were totally absent in line of "COURTESY" particularly " SHARON" the one who checked us in. She insisted that "I got an accessible room." I said no and why would I? Are we handicap? I couldn't afford to argue with her....so I said...no problem. No smile, no courtesy whatsoever...I understood...
"Very disappointing experience.
We already know that when you come to Atlantic City, you should expect a few things, but this particular hotel is a joke. The front desk staff was courteous during check-in, but after that, every request seemed to annoy them, as if we were bothering them just by asking for help.
The worst part was getting trapped in the elevator for almost an hour. It was extremely hot inside, we could barely breathe, and we were close to having panic attacks. It was a terrifying...
"As long as you manage your expectations you'll be ok. I'm a Marriott and Hilton regular but the mighty dollar has made me have to consider alternative places to stay. This location is worth the price I paid. It was clean. The hotel just needs a touch of extra care. The staff is very friendly and did their best to accommodate any requests."

We were told we don’t allow walk around the house no washer and dryer no kitchen no outside of amenities. nothing they offered was true or given totally misled. The host said she’d give me the email address for the management. It’s the whole thing was blocked out deceitful devious. do not stay there. It’s a...
"Courteous staff, clean room, comfortable beds, convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, insufficient food quantity and not being refilled adequately."
"Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. We stayed for 9 days and our room was serviced almost everyday without us asking. Breakfast was great and the staff even held our luggage after check out until our flight time. I would definitely stay here again."
