"Super close to everything, comfortable bed, and good location! There wasn’t breakfast, but there are fantastic restaurants within walking distance"

"It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana. There were two dispensaries right next door to the hotel. Also the area seemed a little sketchy. Many people hanging out in the lobby and surrounding areas. I don’t think that they were guests but one never knows. The room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We just stayed one night and that’s probably as much as I would ever stay if in a pinch."

"The location is perfect for exploring New Haven. It is close to galleries, great food and Yale University. Although we didn’t use it, it was nice to have complete kitchen available. Great Hotel!"

"Everything was excellent—we had a great stay and would absolutely return. The only minor issue was that the mattresses felt a bit worn and slightly saggy and could use an update. There’s no on-site parking, but the parking garage is less than a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which was still very convenient."

"The host was great and responded to all of our questions and issues very quickly and let us check in early after our flight landed early. The space was great for what we needed, but I would note the floors are a little thin so you can hear residents above and below pretty easily."

"A 5-10 minute drive from all of the New Haven spots we wanted to visit including Yale, shopping, and local restaurants. The house was clean, quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed. We'd be happy to stay here again. "
