"If you are going to Guilford Connecticut, this is the place to stay! It’s right off Guilford Green, a couple minutes walk from cute shops, restaurants and not too far from the train station. There’s plenty of parking. I was allowed to bring my little dog. The beds are really comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer and detergent. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, cookware and new appliances. The building itself was built in the 1700s and retains all of the charm while providing modern amenities. More than all of the above, the host is truly the best ever. This was my second stay in this VRBO and the responsiveness, flexibility and kindness of the host played a huge part in choosing this location a second time. If I need to rent a place to stay in Guilford again, I will return to this location and will recommend it to any family and friends needing a place to stay in the Guilford area. "

"The water views from the house are beautiful. But it was a little unclear how to actually access the water. It turns out if you're willing to walk across the neighbor's lawn, there's a very nice trail to the beach. We mainly hung out at the house, doing a lots of cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and playing games and ping pong. The art work in the house was also interesting."

"This is a classic old school New England beach "cottage" - clean, lovely, comfortable! Unfortunately we were only staying for one night but the property manager was able to accommodate our needs. That lovely screen porch was the perfect place to relax and reconnect with family and to greet the sunrise the next morning! Great location near some old favorite Guilford spots - The Place, Ashley's Ice Cream and Bishop's Orchard. Thank you!"
