"Perfect in every way! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It's situated approx 7 mins away from town in one direction, so you can leave the car on the drive, (a major plus) and 10 mins walk away from the woods in the other: ideal for an early morning, or any time dog walk! "This was our second stay, and we enjoy coming to this hotel because it’s close, convenient and generally a pleasant place to stay. The rooms are fresh and clean, the staff are okay, and the buffet breakfast has a good selection. Unfortunately, our second visit was disappointing because the TV remote wasn’t working. A member of staff came to change the batteries, but what should have been a simple issue turned into a lengthy process of trying to get the TV working. It took far too long and disrupted what should have been a relaxing stay. The aim of any hotel stay should be to make things as seamless and comfortable as possible for guests, and unfortunately, on this occasion that wasn’t the case. Would I stay here again? **Maybe.** The location and cleanliness are definite positives, but I would hope for a smoother experience next time."

"Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom unfortunately was not cleaned and had a large clump of someone’s hair bundled up under the sink on the floor. Kept windows open to for the entire stay as slightly damp smell in room. Hopefully just a blip, but will be returningnin September and October as well as visiting your chain in Walsall also in October"
