"What a lovely condo and location! Close to so many things and our excursions! This place was awesome. It has everything you could possibly need, down to spices for cooking! Beautiful view and all windows and slider to enjoy the beautiful sounds of the water and trade winds! I would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home put the exclamation point on our vacation. It had everything you need and more. The house layout was by far the best vacation home I have stayed at, and I have stayed at different vacation homes in many parts of other countries as well as the United States. If you’re looking for entertainment, it has it; relaxation, it has that too. If you want to relax on your vacation and feel like you’re at your own home, I highly recommend it. We not only ate at local restaurants, but when we wanted to cook at home, Chef Allen Gula represented in the kitchen what this house has to offer, as well as the grilling capabilities outside. Will rent this house again when we come back next year. Customer service from months of planning to the day I landed was 5-star. Any questions or concerns I had while I was there were 5-star—no hesitation in recommending my entire experience to anyone."

"This was a nice, slightly dated room in a cozy property with a very helpful and communicative host. We did have a couple of issues though. First there was construction going on in the unit next door for at least two of the 3 days we were there. It was fairly loud and annoying especially during siesta time (on a Saturday and Sunday!) but was not quite to the point of being totally unbearable. We loved having the AC and amenities of the unit. The Bed was fairly comfortable but the main problem was that the curtains did not cover a large eastern facing window that made it impossible to sleep in at all. The sun shines directly in your face at the head of the bed and trying to rig a towel or something to cover it is very difficult. Similarly, the light on the AC unit shines directly in your face at the head of the bed all night. So, between the night light blaring in your face, the light and heat of the very early morning sun, and the afternoon construction, sleeping was heavily impacted. Otherwise the room is situated in a fairly good location within close driving distance of shops, food, etc and a nice view."

"This property was amazing-the pictures do not capture how beautiful it is! Our family of Mom, Dad, and 7 adult children enjoyed it immensely. It is in new condition with every attention to detail is perfect. Would love to hire the interior designer! Beds very comfortable; bathrooms top notch (first floor outdoor showers were well loved!). Kitchen is very well stocked-could cook any meal easily w/ provided items (including crockpot). Appliances top end; built in wall espresso/cappuccino/coffee machine was fantastic (or drip coffee provided if you prefer). There is one fridge in the kitchen, one in the pool area, and the upstairs bedrooms each also have a fridge/freezer drawers (didn't need but very nice). We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area-pool and hot tub. The Sonos sound system was amazing and used every day, all day. There were 6 non-reclining beach chairs, which were appreciated-as well as some snorkeling gear and an umbrella. The property is a short drive from Baby Beach, and a lot of our kids walked there through the beautiful walking path and shortcut by the shops (about 15 min walk). Very nice shopping/dinner/coffee about 5-10 min walk. Poipu Beach short drive. We enjoyed the coastal bike ride (Ke Ala Hele Makalae), Backcountry Tubing, Waimea Canyon, and Heritage Trail on coast was beautiful. We didn't do a trip to Princeville because there was so much beauty and things to do by us. Highly recommend this property; made wonderful memories for our family."
Spectacular View Home for 24!!Ocean, Mountain, golf views! 5min from Poipu beach

"The VRBO was a dream property for our entire family of 18. So much space. Everyone had a bed and everyone had seating when we cooked meals on site. The view on Hole 2 of the golf course was stunning and we could see the ocean. We loved the giant (15') island in the kitchen. We had an abundance of plates, cups, wine glasses and silverware to use. Pots, pans, storage containers, metal straws, spices, olive oil, two refrigerators along with foil and saran wrap made it feel just like home. Several types of coffee pots, and also a vacuum to clean rental cars of sand before returning them. The outdoor kitchen had all we needed. Our ten grandchildren (ages 6-17), enjoyed playing cornhole and using the putting green. They also LOVED the many boogie boards available in the "beach garage". We had beach chairs, 21 beach towels, umbrellas and sand toys. Everyone had a seat on the couch or chairs when we had movie night. We loved being able to open the glass walls and let the Kauai breeze blow in. Nana & Papa enjoyed the upstairs Master because we could relax on the balcony and get an even better view of the ocean. It was a quick drive to Spouting Horn or Poipu Beach (where the turtles and monk seals were on the beach). Also a short 10 minute walk, to the shops that were close by, via the walking path. Enjoyed our morning walks around the area. Finally, Sarah was the ultimate host. Always available and ready to answer any questions we had. We would love to come back!"
