"They had an amazing facility. The amenities were great. The restaurant and bar is amazing but the thing that really said it all apart is the staff here is outstanding."

"Very large resort. Room was decent size but bathroom was on smaller side for 4 star hotel. Lady at front desk said shed show us our room and proceeded by making a pen mark on map. Last 4 star walked us to the room. We had to ask best place to park for our room, wasnt told to us. Drove around the building to see construction on half the parking lot. When we left during the day couldnt find parking spot near our entrance. Wasnt a bad place but for the four star rating and price, there wasnt much help to us at all. Think staff could have more interaction with guests making them feel like they were at abgreat resort "

"For the 48 hours I was there there was about two hours where there was a hot water. The gym was disgusting dirty towels lying around very small room crammed with equipment unable to work out there when I complained about the hot water the staff told me it was because people were taking showers and I was trying to have a shower at midnight and again at 7 am, then 7pm. There was no hot water at all —not very helpful stuff"

"The staff was friendly and check in was super easy. The room was clean. I love that they had a full size fridge, sink, and dishes. I only stayed one night but for the future stays, I’ll keep it in mind. The bed was comfortable and clean. The star of the start for me was the waffle maker during breakfast (free breakfast). The waffle was so soft and tasty! I’d def come back here!"

"Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! Cozy lobby with fireplace is a great meeting spot. Easy effortless checkout. Front desk gave great breakfast recommendation, loved The Neotune Diner, thank you!"
