很差的住宿經驗

已訂房並預先付費了，CHECK IN時卻怎麼樣都說沒有訂房紀錄，再刷卡才以入住。 房間隔音差，設備也差，服務人員態度也不好。 總之是一次很糟的住宿經驗。

The only good thing was the shopping mall opposite. This is my first time in hz.. and if to choose again I will stay near hu bin harbour area with more shopping malls.. but a 2day 1night trip is enough for hz.

Service déplorable

Les chambres sont grandes et correctement équipées même si les serviettes de toilettes mériteraient d’être changées car elle sont trouées. Le service est déplorable dès le check in. J'avais réservé une chambre non fumeur et on m'attribue une chambre fumeur, donc obligé de redescendre à la réception pour faire un changement. Le personnel s'occupant des chambres est bruyant, ils se baladent avec la musique à fond sur leurs portable dans les couloirs et les ascenseurs, je n'ai jamais vu dans un hôtel sensé être 4 étoiles. Gros problème d'organisation aussi, j'avais une réservation avec petit déjeuner inclus et lorsque je me présente à la salle de petit déjeuner, le réceptionniste me dit que je ne suis pas sûr leur liste. Ici encore obligé de lui faire comprendre que c'est leur problème de gestion des réservations. En résumé un hôtel à éviter si vous êtes habitué à des prestations de 4 étoiles et un service impeccable.

Hotel badly maintain or no maintenance at all!!!

I will never return to this hotel again. We have chosen this hotel as my family has previously stayed in the hotel 2 years ago and it was good then. The hotel has deteriorated so much that it is not worse the while to stay in despite the good location. At check in, I requested for non-smoking room due to my sensitive wind pipe. Answer given by the check in staff was although the government in China has curbed smoking in the room, they cannot stop the guests from smoking in their room. What kind of control do the management has and looking at the state of the hotel, maintenance was poor or no maintenance at all. This hotel also allows their guests to leave their room door open while the guests were smoking heavily in the room!! There was also stain on the towel given. Most ridiculous was, I have asked to add a bed in the room. The kind of bed they added is not the standard roll away bed and there was no mattress given. The hotel has expected the guest to sleep on hard wooden plank!!! The hotel has the cheek to charge RMB250 for the wooden plank bed!!!! Better to pay more and stay at an international brand hotel!! I

西湖に近いホテル

フロントの接客は最低でしたが、目の前がデパートで西湖にも近く、立地はとても良いです。西湖周辺は平日にもかかわらず、大変な人出でした。観光客が多いためか、治安は良いです。女の子が夜ひとりで出歩いても、あまり怖くはないでしょう。日本の芸大にあたる中国美術学院も西湖のほとりにあり、とれもきれいな大学で、学生でなくてもトイレを使わせてくれます。

Requested Non-Smoking room, but was allocated Smoking Floor on the 5th level. When the lift opens, the air is bad as you will walk passed the gambling room which the doors are widely opened, before you get to your room. Spoke to hotel front desk and was told the hotel is fully booked. However, we hardly see any guests in the hotel lobby and restaurant.

Great Location - Terrible Hotel

Location is perfect. However, the entire hotel lobby and rooms smell terrible, worse than an ashtray it's hard to breath. You get what you pay for so the facilities are very basic and old but it's a great location so just be aware there is a reason the price is cheap.

Great place to stay

Great location and nice hotel. The staff were very helpful too. Very comfortable rooms. Easy walk to metro station if needed. Lots of restaurants around the area and a very popular shopping area for tourists. Also nearby to beautiful temple. Will definitely stay again.

観光に便利

西湖に近く、河坊街にも近いので、観光には最適です。近くに食事が出来るところもたくさんあり、持ち帰ることも出来るので、部屋で食べるのも良いと思います。中国の食堂ではビールを出さないところも多いので。 建物は新しくはありませんが、清潔に保たれています。泊まった部屋は広く、広いバルコニーも付いていました。 バスタブはありませんが、レインシャワーがあるのでまあ良いでしょう。

閑静な場所だが、繁華街、西湖に近く便利

ホテルの前は広い道路だが、ホテルから右に行くとＴ字路のせいか交通量はわりに少ない。前はやや高級なデパートで、歩道が広く閑静な感じがする。５分ほどで、呉山公園で、そこから河坊街という食堂と屋台、みやげ物屋のにぎやかな通りになる、そこに続く中山路には、水路のほとりに、高級な店や博物館、ギャラリーなどがある。西湖にも近く１５分ほどで出られる。立地はいい。 最低料金で申し込んだためか、シャワーしかない部屋だったが、かなり広い部屋だった。たまたま、部屋の電話が故障していたので、従業員に言ったら、上の階の風呂のある（ソファーセットもある）さらに広い部屋に変えてくれた。 フロントも親切だった。

Hotellet ligger godt; tæt ved historisk gade med mange spisesteder og underholdning. Tæt ved metro, let at komme til Westlake, 200m til carrefour og eksklusivt shoppingcenter lige overfor hotel. Morgenmad ok, hvis man kan lide kinesisk mad. Receptionen taler kun lidt engelsk.

It was pleasant. The staff are friendly - and just need to be a little more polished. Indeed the Lady Manager personally helped me with getting on relevant train and bus routes by accompanying me to their stops.

Disappointing Hotel

An unexpected experience with inexperienced staff at the front desk. The bed size and room size (which are unacceptable) are totally different from what is shown in the photo of hotels.com, and the room at the far end of the floor was very filthy and stuffy. Then, we appealed to the front desk to change for a reasonable size and cleaner room. Eventually, we could move to a room with relatively bigger size and toilet. The Services provided and the hotel condition had been declined significantly since our last stay a few years ago. The only selling point is that it is near to the lake. That's all.

Good 3 star hotel

The hotel was rated as 4 star but did not meet the expectations of a 4 star! Room was smaller than expected and amenities were minimal. The look/decor of the hotel was outdated. Otherwise we were comfortable with our stay.
