"Good location, clean room, pillows are a little hard but that maybe my preference, use of the health centre and pool was included, nice perk. Would recommend "

"The outside of the lodge is generally looking a little tired, inside is looking good. Maybe needing some new utensils and hob needed a good spruce up. Generally well stocked for a family, it let down with size of crock pot, if a family was using that to oven cook. Only one ovenware product. Excellent shower/bath facilities. Beds are extremely comfortable. WiFi can be a bit hit and miss, but you are provided with code and it is free. Local pub is within walking distance with children playground. This is recommended for all ages who love being in a rural setting and want to be able to tour around. A lovely setting. We will be back x"

"Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities having no lift is a huge concern "

"Second time of visiting. Lovely place and always lovely staff. Room is beautiful but cleaning standards could be better. Thick dust on the top of the shower and glass shelves. The bath has a dirty rim where the overflow is. The skirtings have a lot of dust. We love this place and would stay again but think they need to address the cleaning."

"The lodge was very comfortable with everything we needed for a long weekend break.In this particular lodge there was a hot tub and sauna which was a welcome addition. Only one tiny niggle was the lack of coat hooks in the lodge as these would have been extremely helpful especially as it was a very wet weekend and we had been out walking with our dog everyday, twice a day. Bringing a torch is useful as it’s very dark at night and helpful when going with the dog for his last comfort break of the day."

"Great location next to the duck pond and very quiet and secluded.Lodge had everything you could need for a break away and extremely clean . The furniture is a little dated but, that did not distract from a very comfortable stay . Near to a love golf course with fantastic views and a good pub next door . Very good base for exploring all that the area has to offer ."

"Another great stay @ Tilford Woods Lodge Retreat. Everything you need all under one roof and the Hot Tub as always was a bonus. Our favourite place to unwind and relax every once in a while. We will be back and would recommend to anyone just wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. Lots to do in and around surrounding areas. Look forward to our next time @ Tilford Woods."
