"This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it. "

"Every time I stay here, I think the staff are wonderful and the service is excellent. Therefore, I don’t want other guests to use the hotel in a dirty way, such as spreading garbage on the floor."

"This hotel was great!!! It was secure and a card is needed to come upstairs. It is within walking distance of the train station, McDonald’s, 7/11, and a family mart so it is easy to get the essentials. "

"Direct connection from Haneda to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was big. There was no step in the bathroom. There was a cleaning eco plan and I got a 500 yen ticket. The bakery in the hotel was delicious. There were restaurants, department stores and movie theaters near the hotel. However, there was a large construction going on right in front of the room and it was noisy during the day. It will probably be noisy for half a year."

"Breakfast was excellent. Very accessible as it is adjacent to a train station. Amenities were good. All facilities and equipment were in good working condition. They cleaned my room everyday. Daily provisions like water, complimentary tea, toilet paper, shower essentials including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb to brush hair, shower caps, etc were provided daily. Excellent service overall! I highly recommend this lovely hotel. "

"Close to the station. Breakfast is served until 10am so you can relax. The buffet is very delicious. There are no steps in the bathroom. Quiet. The only view from the window was the building in front of me. It was a bit difficult for a 4-day stay."
