Easy check in, comfortable rooms while the hotel is conveniently located: everything in Hildesheim can be reached within minutes by walking around, hotel ist justa few steps away from main train station

Don’t expect to be able to park at the hotel!

Clean, modern rooms. Easy digital check-in. Please be aware that the hotel only has ~14 parking lots, all of which typically are occupied. As such, guests should expect to pay for parking separately at a garage some 4 minutes away (15 euro a night). I would recommend the hotel to communicate the lack of parking spots much more clearly (I used the “parking”-filter at hotels.com to find the hotel, so I was very disappointed with the lack of parking)

great location, not so great tidyness

very quiet despite good location next to railway station. good beds and thick curtains. could do better in cleanliness- the glasses both in the room and bathroom were dirty and there was the towel of the previous guest hanging in bathroom. there were no instructions on how to operate the air conditioning - maybe it cannot be tuned by guests - but luckily one can open the window.

Not bad if you don’t need air conditioner

The Intercity hotel is in a very convenient location for public bus and train system. They offer a decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and comfortable other than the air conditioning which was not adequate. We had it on coolest setting and it was still very stuffy and warm in the room. Also, if you are not out of the room when housekeeping comes around, they do not come back later.

The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best

Schönes Zimmer, aber nicht alles perfekt

Schön und funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer. Großes bequemes Bett mir großer Decke - das ist leider selten. Genug Steckdosen, kleiner Schreibtisch, Kofferablage. Sauberes moderne Bad. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, die zugfrei und recht leise arbeitet. Nervig, daß ich sowohl beim Checkin als auch beim Checkout mit einer noch nicht bzw. nicht mehr funktionierenden Codekarte konfrontiert war. Das Umfeld ist eher mittelschön, Bahnhofsgegend halt. Zudem ist aktuell Baustelle mit evtl. Lärm - hatte mich aber nicht getroffen- Preislich noch OK, aber auch nicht günstig.
