Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property!"

"Everything was as described. St. John is a gorgeous island to visit and we loved every minute. This VRBO is secluded and incredibly relaxing. We had no issues with anything and would be beyond fortunate to visit this rental again. Perfect for two couples or any group of 4 really. Best shower I’ve had on an island by far. Pressure and temperature is similar to a mainland hotel. Had everything we needed for meals at ‘home’ too. Absolute gem of a rental. "

"This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for adventure and just relaxation without all fancy stuff. Concordia is the place for you. If you cannot do stairs then this place isn’t the place for you. You are located in a beautiful hillside with tons of stairs all around you. If you don’t need ac then this place is perfect for you in the tents. But they do have ac units as well. It’s rustic but brings you back to nature. You have an amazing beach just a half mile from the place called salt pond that you could just spend the whole day there and snorkel beautiful waters. Take a hike to ramhead trail from the resort. I stayed in unit 13 with no ac and had the best crosswinds coming through my unit. "

The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the deer that came to our door, the spacious house with room for we 6, plus room to spare.We also arrived to learn that the home next door was having an addition built so there was construction noise every day. That wasn’t management’s fault, just one of the things that can happen. There are also 3 markets nearby and convenient. Once construction is finished and a few furniture and maintenance items have been addressed, you’ll love staying here. "
