"SeaPalace is a beautiful spot in St. John (Coral Bay) with an unbeatable view, and we enjoyed our stay overall.What we loved:•The property was very clean.•The view is incredible—about as good as it gets.•The master bedroom A/C was cold and worked great.•Paul, the property manager, provided first-class communication—quick, clear, and helpful.What could be improved / clarified:•The listing described the unit as a two-bedroom, but we only had access to one bedroom.•It wasn’t clear from the listing that the top and bottom floors are separate from one another.•The pool/spa jets and heater weren’t working, and we weren’t informed beforehand—we only found out after reaching out to ask how to use them.Bottom line:Good value and I would recommend it, especially for the view and the cleanliness. I just think the listing and/or pre-arrival communication should address the bedroom access and the pool/spa status up front to avoid confusion."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waterlemon Villa. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned. The location was ideal. It felt like all of the beaches and restaurants were a simple short drive yet Coral Bay was quiet and had a very chill vibe. Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish—clear instructions, quick responses, and genuinely welcoming.As indicated in prior reviews, as long as you have 4WD (and use it properly!!) there are no issues navigating the driveway.We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch VRBO experience. Five stars all the way!"

"We enjoyed everything about our stay. We were very thankful Leo met us and guided us to the villa. Everything in the villa was just as advertised. We had 7 people and there was plenty of space for us all. The only thing we might add is another comfortable chair or loveseat. The beach towels and beach chairs came in very handy. Another family was in the smaller house but it didn’t bother us. The washer and dryer were also a plus. Overall it was a great week long stay!"

"We had a great time. The house was perfect for us. Beautiful clean home. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning in all but bathroom. Shower had slotted window that makes you feel like you’re showering outside. Loved that island feel. Owners of home were very attentive and even brought us eggs from their chickens. They were always very quick to respond. House has all you need for when the power goes out..even battery operated fans!! Thank you for a great stay!!There was also plenty of beach chairs, water floats, towels, noodles…"

"This property was absolutely fantastic. Communication was great throughout, and the house itself was beautiful. It's just a few minutes outside of Coral Bay and was easy to get to, with a jeep or four wheel drive due to the steep hillside. The house was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. For anyone who enjoys nature, this is your place. The night sounds with the frogs were amazing and lulled us to sleep each night. And the views are breathtaking. We look forward to visiting again and would definately select this home!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home in St. John. The view was incredible, and the calm, clear water made it perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking right from the property (we rented a kayak and paddle boards from a local company). The house was spotless, well-stocked, and set up perfectly for our two families (4 adults and 5 teens) with plenty of space, two master suites, and great areas for both kids and adults to relax. The management company was outstanding—quick to respond to questions and very helpful when the island had a power outage, sending someone immediately to check the generator. The location felt private and peaceful, with easy access to a nearby market and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the home and the management team."
