"This house is perfect for couples or small families. Rooms are spacious and offer AC. The house overall is beautiful! We did lose power for the first 3 days for about an hour or hour and half which was unfortunate since the house doesn’t have a generator or solar panels. However, we absolutely loved staying at the Sea Palace and would visit again!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, the views are incredible (even better than photos), very spacious, the pool was fantastic and we sat on the outside covered porch for breakfasts and in the evenings to enjoy the view and breeze.The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the hosts left us some beverages in the refrigerator to start our stay, which was a nice touch.The benefit is that the area is very quiet. The downside is that it is the 30 minute drive to get to dock and restaurants in Cruz Bay and about 15-20 mins from most beaches. You’ll want an SUV as the roads and driveway to the house are very steep and windy. It’s only about 5 minutes to Coral Bay, so make sure to have a lunch at Lime Out while you’re on that side of the island. The house also has outdoor showers, which can be a very unique feature. The water pressure was really low, so the benefit was muted by that. Overall, we still highly recommend."

"This property was everything that I hoped for! Quiet mornings with just the sounds of roosters and ocean breeze, away from everything yet still convenient to all of the beaches on island and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!"

"The expansive gorgeous ocean view from the porch, the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the pool is unbeatable - we kept explaining how it didn’t seem or look real! The house generator is a big perk to have nice temperatures for sleeping, even if island power outages happen. The steep drive to the house is not for the faint of heart, but we loved the privacy this afforded up the hill. You do hear the chickens, roosters, and goats down the hill, but we felt it added to the fun and natural ambiance of the place. We loved all the hiking, beaches, and snorkeling that are not far drives from the property. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely go back and stay at Coconut Breeze!"
New Moon - Beautifully Built Cottage with Views of Coral Bay

"Lovely stay at New Moon. Super clean, well-equipped kitchen, and a fun sunken shower with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed eating outside on the deck at kitchen level and having happy hour cocktails upstairs where there is an even better view. You do have to go outside to get between floors, which was unexpected, but part of the charm. The fans generally kept us quite cool at night, with the exception of our last night when there wasn't much of a breeze and it got a little warm inside (no AC, which we were aware of when booking). Loved hearing the nature sounds through the windows, which were fully screened. There is a gas grill, and the kitchen had the basics like salt, pepper, ziplocks, foil, olive oil, etc. which made cooking easy. Drive way is steep, but manageable. For us there was no self-check in, but Jill, the property manager was easy to coordinate with and showed us around. Close to grocery stores and easy to access all the beaches a short drive away. Overall a wonderful trip in this beautiful cabin. "
