"This place is a hidden gem. If you’re looking for adventure and just relaxation without all fancy stuff. Concordia is the place for you. If you cannot do stairs then this place isn’t the place for you. You are located in a beautiful hillside with tons of stairs all around you. If you don’t need ac then this place is perfect for you in the tents. But they do have ac units as well. It’s rustic but brings you back to nature. You have an amazing beach just a half mile from the place called salt pond that you could just spend the whole day there and snorkel beautiful waters. Take a hike to ramhead trail from the resort. I stayed in unit 13 with no ac and had the best crosswinds coming through my unit. "

"Perfect Getaway!! Even better than expected. The property was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the bedding was very comfortable. The location was ideal. Close enough to all attractions, but definitely a qiet and relaxing area. We especially liked the outdoor space and enjoyed all of our meals on the patio overlooking Coral Bay.The host, Lois, was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, even providing local recommendations that turned out to be amazing. Her attention to detail was honestly amazing!!!! It was those little things, like a pen and notepad at the bedside; a small flashlight at bedside. These little items make a big difference!!!!! The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the deer that came to our door, the spacious house with room for we 6, plus room to spare.We also arrived to learn that the home next door was having an addition built so there was construction noise every day. That wasn’t management’s fault, just one of the things that can happen. There are also 3 markets nearby and convenient. Once construction is finished and a few furniture and maintenance items have been addressed, you’ll love staying here. "

"Blue pearl villa has everything you could ever want and the pictures do not capture the beauty of this place. You are sourounded with the sound of waves and a beautiful setting where the sun rises over coral bay to greet you every morning. The pool is layed with beautiful brown pebbles and you can still see the ocean when your in it. The Host, John goes above and beyound to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible and responds quickly. The view of the stars are absolutely amazing at night and the layout of the house was perfect for my family. Thank you Blue pearl villa for being exactly what my family needed!"

The host is responsive and provides a fantastic welcome packet with information on beaches, where to find groceries, etc. Highly recommend for your next vacation in paradise."

"This was a great property on the quiet side of the island, and it is close to all the best beaches. It is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Hannah and Lorraine know everything there is to know about St. John and are so incredibly helpful and responsive! The guide they emailed before the trip helped me plan which beaches and restaurants I wanted to visit, but I also got input from Lorraine once I got to the island. I will say that if you want to be close to restaurants, this may not be the place for you, but we didn’t mind driving the 25 minutes to Cruz Bay for dinner. I also want to mention that the driveway is very steep. They have steps to climb up, but it isn’t for anyone that has any mobility problems. Overall this is a great cottage looking over Coral Bay, and I would love to visit again!"
