"Beautiful home, gorgeous view, exactly as described. We were there in the beginning of june and the pool was warm especially in the afternoon. There are beach chairs, coolers, and ice packs available. We did have an issue getting a phone signal but with the wifi it wasn’t a big deal for us. The road is rough but just make sure you have 4 wd and you’ll be fine. You are right by skinny legs and 10-20 minutes from all the best beaches"

"We are a group consisting of 5 adults visiting St. John, US VI for our annual US national park trip. Horizon's Edge villa was a very comfortable place- near restaurants, beaches, and hiking trails. Deck was very nice to lounge on with great views of Coral Bay, nice breeze, and lovely place to listen to the birds chirping. Kudos to Dwight, Property Manager, who's been very responsive to our needs!The book St. John Off the Beaten Path, one of the books we found in the Villa, was very helpful. "We LOVED our stay!! I love this side of the island. It’s calm and quiet and peaceful and the cottage was perfect. Great place to walk to Skinny legs for dinner and short drives to some of the amazing beaches. The host was incredibly helpful and commmunicative. We will ABSOLUTELY bar back!"

"On a whim! very clean, well stocked, very comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the porch and pool both with great views. Love the extra touches, music playing on our arrival. Dwight was a text away and replied promptly. We enjoyed the outside speakers in the evenings. Nothing disappointing here!"

Heaven's Gate - Off Grid Ocean View Villa

"A great house! The views from Heaven's Gate are especially spectacular and visible throughout the house. we enjoyed waking up to a gorgeous sunrise every morning and breakfasting on one of the decks. Loved the pool and the outdoor showers. The landscaping is also beautiful. From the moment you drive through the gate, you are met with colorful flowers and shrubs.Josephine was a great host-- she is responsible for the flowers and grows much of the greens and produce you see in coral bay. It was a treat to find her delicious greens in the fridge when we arrived and plantains and mangoes too. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We loved everything about our stay. Kim was incredibly helpful, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The house had everything my husband and I needed while exploring St. John. The pool was immaculate and such a reward after long days at the beach and after our hikes. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future."

Million Dollar Panoramic Views! Huge Decks and Pool!

"Very nice kitchen and bedrooms. The driveway was interesting, but the view was fabulous. You are not far from the grocery stores in Coral Bay. Hanson beach on the east end is not far, and Salt Pond just beyond Coral Bay is not far. The only draw back to the house were the goats and the bed mattresses which needed to be replaced. We had a great stay and Paul was a great host."
