"Excellent stay. House was clean and fully stocked for our needs. We cooked dinner there every night and always had what was neede, even an extra propane tank for the grill. Greg was very responsive and Paul was very helpful and was immediately there when we needed him. The pool was great! the jacuzzi/ hot tub was warm, but never did warm up or turn on. The only thing i would say is bring bug spray if you get bit by bugs frequently, and bring a small fan. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the rest of the house is not and it was quite warm. We were there the last week of July. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

"This was such an amazing family trip and stay for our first time in St. Johns! John was excellent with communication, assisting us with the property as needed. The property had such a breathtaking view and plenty of space for our larger family. It was clean, safe and such a wonderful stay for us. We really enjoyed the pool and going out at night looking at the stars, too. We will most definitely be back and staying at the Blue Pearl Villa! Thank you for your kind hospitality, it seriously made the best trip for us. "

"It's an astounding feat to build and maintain a property in an environment like STJ, yet the owners did and rebuilt after Irma. The home is solid, literally and figuratively. The kitchen is spacious and was a joy to cook in. The appliances were top notch and I cooked on the outside Weber grill several times. The pool was the perfect size and could not have been cleaner. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, as he runs cold, even in tropical weather. The elevation of the home ensures that you get the breezes, it's lovely. Tammy, the manager was available momentarily by text or call and was pleasant. If you want to be in Coral Bay, away from the crowds and hustle, there could be no better place."

"We absolutely loved this property. My wife and I stayed here for a week and found it to be a very relaxing place to unwind after long days on the trails or beach. We loved how well appointed it was with lots of thought put into what we might need for our stay. The beach chairs and other items were most appreciated! We utilized the outdoor deck nearly every morning while we ate breakfast and found ourselves back out there in the evenings. The homeowner reached out to ensure our stay was going well and was responsive when I had a question. I simply can't say enough good things about this property. We LOVED it! Thank you!"

"we loved our stay here. It was so fun to hear the little goats come down every morning and drink from the pool. The location is great with a beautiful view of Coral Bay and the drive to Cruz Bay wasn’t too bad which we did quite often property was clean. I will say they do need to add some weatherstripping to the outdoor shower door as there were quite a few 6 and 8 legged critters getting in but thats island life! "
