"The house is on the quiet side of the island which is exactly why we booked it. Incredible views of the ocean and mountains. Beds were very comfortable. "Incredibly well stocked! Check in was a breeze, communication was great! Every view was just stunning, photos don’t begin to do it justice! Snorkeled to our heart’s content all over the island! Start early, catch the sunrise around 6am and be back at the house by 6:30pm when the sun is going down. Stargaze by the pool or in the pool!Be ready to spot all the wildlife of this incredible island, donkeys, deer, mongoose, turtles, stingrays, octopus, lobsters, conch, eels, so many beautiful fish, and the best coral reefs we’ve seen! "

"This was such an amazing family trip and stay for our first time in St. Johns! John was excellent with communication, assisting us with the property as needed. The property had such a breathtaking view and plenty of space for our larger family. It was clean, safe and such a wonderful stay for us. We really enjoyed the pool and going out at night looking at the stars, too. We will most definitely be back and staying at the Blue Pearl Villa! Thank you for your kind hospitality, it seriously made the best trip for us. "

"Everything about this place is perfect! It’s beautiful, it’s clean, the kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve meals, the living area has plentiful seating, beds are so comfortable, bathrooms were stocked and the views breathtaking!! Five stars for everything and having Dwight help with any questions was priceless. He was so welcoming and made us feel “at home” from day one. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us"
"We had a great stay here. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the beach gear, cooler, etc that they kindly provide. We only stayed one night before another stay. We were thrilled to check out this side of the island as we had never been. We used the opportunity to hike Ram Head Trail at sunrise then snorkel at Salt Pond Beach. It is so close! Bill was great and gave us a tour. The AC works great! "
