"The Host was very responsive to our needs. He kept the generator running with the several day power outage the whole island experienced. We appreciated how much effort he put in to make sure our AC kept running so we could sleep at night. The only bummer was that the hot tub did not work for our stay. We would stay here again. "

"I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. The shower is a garden hose. Literally. One night it rained. Hard. I ran out of bowls, and had to change beds because it was dripping on my face. I would have complained, but TO WHO? Gains one star for the amazing view."

"Just spent 1 week at Waterlemon Villa, 2 adults 2 kids 2 grandparents. Overall we had a very nice stay. The view is phenomenal and the screened porch was so nice to have and a unique feature of this property. The kids enjoyed the pool which is small but pleasant. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and we made several dinners at home without any issues. Bedrooms were comfortable with well functioning AC. We liked the outdoor showers. Communication with owners and property managers was good and listing is accurate. Condition of villa I would say is good but mildly worn, about what I would expect at this price. It was clean. The furniture was comfortable and good condition. We had a minor plumbing issue which they offered to have come fixed but I didn't want workers in the house for a day or two while we were there. The stairs are a bit steep, the bunks are upstairs so if you have little kids you'd probably want some kind of baby gate. The main point I would make for those considering is that the drive way is NOT a joke. It requires one very confident driver in your party and as others have noted, a lot of courage the first few times. We did not feel excited about doing this in the dark so we didn't stay out past sunset. I'm sure once you've done it a bunch of times it becomes more 2nd nature but we were just feeling more comfortable by end of week. If you want a glorious view and don't mind an adventurous driveway this is a good value. "

"The containers were super clean and the A/C kept it very cool. We loved the outdoor shower and the bathroom was kept very clean. Although we only cooked one breakfast, we found all the equipment we needed including a mini-grill and a coffee pot. Whatever we forgot was something we could buy on an honor system and we got our own shelf in the fridge. The birds were amazing, darts and frisbees were fun to have, loved the access to free snorkel stuff, and we really liked our host! "

"We loved our stay at the Orchid Garden. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, the beaches are all about 25-30 min away. Our hostess Emily did a great job responding to my questions on the front end and was also very welcoming and helpful while we were there. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!"

"Stayed at an Eco Cabin with wife and two kids for 3 nights. Had plenty of room for the 4 of us. Cabin is very basic basic but had enough for us. No cell service was a plus for us, but wifi available closer to the pool. Pool was great for the kids to enjoy, with a great view. Restaurant was okay, but nothing great. Live music at the restaurant was awesome, especially with the view. Beautiful view, stars at night are amazing. Showering while looking at stars is amazing. Then there were the stairs - lots of them. Leg workout, but so worth it. Fairly easy hike to the beach is a huge perk! Love the quietness and remoteness of the area. Only real negative was the noise from the wind made sleeping a little difficult. But you can't have that view of the ocean with no wind off of the ocean anyways. We would stay again! "
