"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property. The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and accommodated our group of 10 well. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the game room with Connect Four and Tic-Tac-Toe.The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer our questions. Our only communication issue was that we had to request the check-in information about 10 minutes before our scheduled arrival because we hadn't received it and were waiting outside the property. Once sent, the guide was very helpful and clearly explained what was and wasn't provided. It would have been nice to receive it earlier, as we would have brought coffee and tea from home instead of making a last-minute trip to the store.A few suggestions: there weren't quite enough towels for 10 guests, and some of the light switches—especially in the kitchen—were difficult to find. Also, the front and back exterior stairs are steep, and the handrails felt loose and could use reinforcement for added safety.Other than those minor issues, the inside of the home was well maintained, comfortable, and perfect for our family gathering. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality."
