"Property is in need of a makeover. Floor in room was damaged, laminate was in terrible condition at foot of first bed. The pool was closed for the season, but seeing the green water I am sure no one would swim in it anyway. It is a very run down property. Needs lots of TLC."

"The view was peaceful. We loved the deck. The house was clean, comfortable and very cute. We had a great time."

"Our room was on the third floor behind the elevator. Surprisingly, the room was quiet when the fan was on so we didn’t hear the elevator much at all. The room was spacious and clean. We had an issue with our room key working on the room door and the pool. But, once we got it re-keyed at the front desk it worked the rest of the time. Apparently, holding the room keys close to your phone deactivates the keys. Maybe in the future they’ll switch to the blue tooth keyless entry like other major hotels. The indoor pool was nice. The hot tub was even better. The breakfast options were decent each day. We would stay here again when in the area. "

"One of the best family vacations we have had in Texas. Home is right on the water, with amazing sunset views from the private pontoon/deck. House has everything needed and more, with some very thoughtful and special touches provided by the host."

"The host, Patti, answered questions quickly, gave great instructions, and the house was as described. Remodeled and very clean and comfy!"

"Hosts were incredibly thoughtful in preparing for our stay. They left a welcome gift with snacks, branded koozies, coffee pods, and a branded insulated lunch bag. There was a JBL Bluetooth speaker available for our use, which we made great use of. Paddle boards and kayaks were a ton of fun and we enjoyed a cornhole tournament with our group using their equipment. The home was comfy and beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was AMAZING!!! Awesome pots and pans, a crock pot, kitchenaid mixer and everything your could possibly need. A couple of things that were not great, but not the fault of our host or the home: there is a dog next door that came out every morning at 6 am and barked nonstop for 20-30 minutes. Bring a nice white noise machine or earplugs and you wont notice.We laid a mat across the small step from the kitchen into the garage-side bedroom. It’s hard to see so a couple of us tripped. Easily remedied with the mat we used!No Kleenexes so we had to use toilet tissue for runny noses, but that worked just fine. If you’re picky about tissues, bring some with you!"
