"Great staff very welcoming Room lacked a few double checks but was taken care of by staff immediately. Downed the property star (not because of the hotel) because people had broken or stolen art off walls trashed the elevators left drinks all over the lobby and the staff was having to work double time "

"This condo was absoulutely beautiful, decorated so nice, clean, best location to beach, restraunts, shops. Gorgeous area. Sue thought of everything in condo to make our trip; chairs, umbrella, books, coolers and so much more. We will be back and absolutely loved. "

"Probably would not stay again, lots of trash and debris on the ledge outside my balcony. Staff was nice until the couple of times they weren't so great and we were caught off guard by it. Bar service and pool side service was great and we enjoyed the in room dining menu. Sleep was not great as the bed and linens just were not very comfortable. Lots of electrical/mechanical noises nearby. Overall we really enjoyed many aspects of our time there but it was over shadowed by some of the other things leaving our stay just sort of okay. We will not likely return"

"Our 12th floor suite was spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful to. House keeping was efficient and attentive to our coming and going. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well. I was surprised by the parking fee, which I didn't know about in advance. But there was plenty of parking available and no in out fees or valets to tip. The bar and dinner service were very good as well."

"I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent."

"Jan was great in communicating with us on our stay. This small cottage feel condo was super clean, bright and cozy. The location was great for the beach and to St. Armand’s circle. We would certainly stay here again."
