"This condo is even better than the photos. Lots of space, and very clean. It is on the 2nd floor, so the balcony overlooks the parking lot. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and the beach. Plenty of supplies for our 4 night stay, we had a wonderful mini vacation with our 3 adult daughters."

"Wonderful property for a laid back family vacation. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults enjoyed the deck. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was responsive and any questions/concerns were addressed quickly. It was a great week!"

"We were a group of 6 families with elementary aged kids and The Sawyer met all of our needs and then some. Tim is a wonderful host, meeting us on arrival for a very quick orientation, and was readily available for any issues (he replaced an empty propane tank with an hour of teaching out). Three separate washing machine and dryer combos was greatly appreciated as were the two refrigerators plus chest freezer. Our only suggestion if space and plumbing allows would be to add a second dishwasher. The on site dumpster helped keep the house clean, though we definitely would have recycled if the option existed. We were also pleasantly surprised to find 12 beach chairs in the party barn. Walk ability to Sawyer Garden Center, Infusco coffee, and Sideyard brewery also came in very handy."

"Nice little place to stay close to downtown and walk to explore and eat. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and small kitchen. Nice big shower & tub in huge bathroom. Cute clean little suites in an older complex that has been taken care of. Nice character with the fire pit and lighted boarded pathways. "

Cozy Cottage close to the Lake

"Property was as listed. Rooms were clean. Cottage was very cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed watching the deer early in the evenings on the property. Overall great value place to stay."

"Perfect house and hosts! Stayed for a week and any issues we had on the first day were taken care of immediately. Love the location and how easy it is to get anywhere. House was stocked with everything you might need, from laundry detergent to extra toilet paper. If you need anything, Barney’s if right down the street. Oinks was a favorite Ice Cream place. But the pool was the highlight for the grandkids and sitting on the deck watching them was perfect. We will be back! Thank you so much!"

Perfect Home for All Seasons

"Family of 12 plus one dog spent 4 nights here. The pool and sauna were clean and very enjoyable . Fire pit was great for s’mores. The dog loved the big fenced yard to run around in. Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs' for all of us. TV’s in every bedroom . 2 nice size bathrooms plus a half bath. A few minor issues that were addressed to property manager. Private beach is rocky and very small ( but great for sunsets), better off going to public beach to swim which is close. We always bring our own paper towels and toilet paper (better quality). Shops and restaurants are nearby."

"This house was wonderful for our group of 10. Our kids and grandkids had so much fun and asked if we were going to live here now!!! The house was very clean. Kitchen was huge and had anything you needed to cook and serve. Everything you could need was provided, and then some. The views were spectacular. Beach access was two blocks away. Tripti left a bottle of wine, as well, which was very appreciated. We're ready to go back!"
