"Nice location and very quiet (at least for our stay).
Pros: walking distance to shops, grocery store, restaurants, and the beach (altho that last one is tricky in the middle of summer!).
Assigned parking. Keypad entry was handy (no keys to worry about losing!). There’s also no staff on the premises, which I had no issue with. The kitchen was spotless - so for those wanting to cook on vaca, know this kitchen will accommodate! For us, it was a perfect spot to eat our pizza from Brewsters (restaurant across the street. Highly recommend!!)
Cons: our room was off the only public seating area, on the back porch. So we had other guests laughing and chatting right outside our door while we were trying to rest. Nbd, but it could be annoying to some.
Our room was also very small. The bed was comfortable, but it would’ve been nice to have another place to sit.
Minor fixes - like the shower head could use cleaning, and the paint could stand to be touched up - would help justify the $300+ per night for that, too."
