"We enjoyed a several day stay in saint joseph. If there were lake view rooms available they should be offered as an upgrade if hotel is not full as a courtesy to loyal guests. Yes we have stayed more than 10 days. We’ve enjoyed your high end lovely dining room. "

"This is a coach house behind the main house. The host allows guests to use the patio attached to the main house, which is wonderful because it oversees Lake Michigan. As I was enjoying a glass one wine on my first evening there, a herron landed in the tree right next to my chair. I loved hiking in Gran Mere Park, which is a mere 5 minute walk from the house. In the park, you can hike in the woods, or out over the dunes and onto the shore. Lovely!"

"You cannot beat this hotel for the location. And it’s in close proximity to the beach into all the shops."

"One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the breakfast included. Breakfast was OK but nothing great. Choices were: waffles with either syrup or fruit topping, hot oatmeal, 3 types of cereal (raisin bran, cheerios, or fruit loops), biscuits and gravy on a couple of days, toast, muffins, scrambled eggs (they were either frozen or powdered), alternate link sausage and sausage patties, apple and orange juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. The first couple of days there was a strange odor as you entered the front door, in the hall, and into our room, but I didn't notice it so much on the 3rd day. Swimming pool was nice and our grandkids came over for a swim. The elevator was out of commission all the while we were there. We were on the first floor so it didn't affect us but I felt sorry for those on the upper floors. Kitchen staff and front desk staff were beyond delightful!! Property manager was there a couple of times to greet us. Beds were comfortable. I didn't notice noise at night, but I sleep with ear plugs. Easy access to freeways east and west (I-94). We would stay here again on another visit to Stevensville."
