"I travel often and have lived in both the Hilton Head and Charleston areas. I often stay in properties off of I-95 because they are more affordable. That said, I normally, in advance, accept that I will have to deal with certain aspects based upon that affordability. I did not have to accept such shortcomings with this stay.
