"We met up here with old friends. We were very pleased with an en-suite for every couple. High quality facilities for kitchen, bathroom and comfortable living areas. Proprietors easily accessible and quick to help. They made us feel very welcome and even showed us their new calves. Beautiful surrounding countryside. One very small disadvantage is no garden. There is pleasant outside area with a barbecue but it has a roof ."

"The hotel is a bit dated in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Cleaning was poor, never vacuumed in five days, tables were left dirty, sheets never changed. Also there was mold on the window sills and my allergies acted up. A bit pricey for this level of room."

"We booked this wonderful house at very short notice. It has everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The location is beautiful with commons for dog walks in your doorstep and fantastic pubs etc. (go to the Weighbridge Inn for a 2 in 1 pie). We would love to return. "Just DON’T. We were misled by pics and text - paid £102 for a shoebox room with minimal facilities and staff not overly helpful. We chose as it looked like they had a Greek restaurant plus steaks - turned up to be told they only do pizzas! We went somewhere else to eat. No breakfast as we are told the toaster isn’t working! Total joke of a place. Didn’t even give them any trade arms the bar. Never to return. "

"This was our second visit to Hayes Farm but we stayed in the Hay Barn this time which we preferred. The hot tub was a pleasant addition to the property since our booking. The properties are in a very peaceful and private location and you can park right next to them. I'm sure we will return in the future."
