"Ocean never disappoints but I wish that the bakery items in the 24 hour food kiosk is old and dry. Staff is super nice though."

"The location was ok. The lobby and waterpark atmosphere was decent. The kids liked it. Now let’s get to the room. Our 2 bedroom ocean view was outdated. There was dust on the curtains, spots on the walls and ceilings, peeling headboard. The floor needs a power wash. Stains on the seats. The bathroom could use an upgrade as well, looked like there was previous leaking on the ceiling. The listing I saw was nice and updated when we got there it was not pleasant. We had a loud dog on our floor (22) and loud dragging of some sort (maybe chairs or tables) on the floor above us. The elevators were packed only a few working. Leaving was a disaster. When the elevator came it was full and when we finally got in it stopped at every floor. The value of the room was not worth the price, plus I had to get tickets for the waterpark because it was not included. Got that from Groupon. Don’t think my family and I will return. Disappointed "

"The check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient, especially since everything could be done through their app without needing to interact with staff. It’s a great option if you prefer a more self-service experience. However, aside from the convenience, the rest of the hotel felt somewhat subpar and a bit outdated."

"It was disgusting. There was garbage in the trash can upon checkin. The bed skirt was absolutely filthy. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor. The toilet leaked in to the bedroom area. The floors were sticky. The tv did not work. I left without my deposit of $30 cash. I honestly don’t know if it could have been worse."

"We had a great stay, the weather was cold but the views were still beauitful! Steve was great at being available if I had a question. There was more than enough room for all of us to stay!"
