"This is an amazing place to stay, the host is the most wanderful gentleman you will ever meet. The lodge is clean, spacious and in an excellent location based on a small holding farm. "A cosy cottage with a ‘home from home’ ambience. Caroline & Mark have thought of everything; a well equipped kitchen, lots of reading material relating to the locale, maps, walks and games. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by."

"Firstly I need to say how wonderful Jim and Anita were and how welcoming they made us all feel. The location of Honey Pot Farm is stunning with views to take your breath away. The town of Hythe is a mere 10min drive and well worth a visit. We will most defiantly be going back 10/10"

"Great place for a family seeking a quiet location. We were greeted by our gracious host, who showed us the cottage and gave us recommendations for nearby dining and places of interest - of which there are many. Watching cows and rabbits graze in the pasture was quite relaxing. Highly recommended!"

"I wanted a quiet holiday with some good dog walks and some interesting places to visit. The Oast house was so very clean and tidy it had everything you needed and some special touches. Welcome goodies and even a supply of dog stuff (leads, towels etc) a mature enclosed garden and a well stocked kitchen. The instructions were simple and comprehensive, we had a lovely time"

"We really enjoyed our brief stay in this beautiful cottage. It had all the facilities needed, lovely interior designs and a wonderful garden - and pool! The location is good - easy access to local pub, or short drive to shops and amenities of a town - and everything that Kent has to offer. We managed to fit in, designer shopping, beach and Canterbury - plus lots of pool time."

"Our second visit to Greens Cottages as close to our daughter in Sittingbourne. Good dog walks, great pub. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Nice welcome pack - butter/ milk/ tea/ coffee/ juice and a loaf of sourdough the next day. Salt, pepper, olive oil , loo paper. So you don’t need to bring with you."

"The whole family loved the pool and enjoyed the tennis court. Using the cottages for 4 people means that 2 people in the attic look down on the 2 below. The Wi-Fi in Oast did not work. We said this but it was not made good as promised. (This is trivial) The family loved it and would book again. The online listing did not say how good the pool is."
