"We stayed at Orchard Hill Estate in November, and it was truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The home itself is absolutely beautiful — spacious, comfortable, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was accessible, and it felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.What made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts, Abbe and Jeff. They went above and beyond in every way. Abbe personally helped us find great local restaurants, guided us through arranging grocery delivery, checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and even helped us collect something we left behind upon our departure. Their communication, hospitality, and attention to detail were outstanding.We would enthusiastically recommend Orchard Hill Estate, and Abbe and Jeff as hosts, to anyone looking for a wonderful VRBO stay. We will absolutely be back!"

"The house was just what we needed for our time in NY, a clean comfortable place to sleep. It was on a quiet street. Some good restaurants in the near by towns. Nice little touches that host provided (snack basket) at our arrival. Due to rainy weather we didn’t get to make use of the outdoor amenities. Loved the espresso maker! Our time wasn’t spent much at the house, as we were visiting friends & family in the areas of Warwick, Wallkill & Patterson, but when we were there it was comfortable clean, just what we needed. We would stay here again. "
