"I will never book a hotel with Wikipedia again. They did not say the villa was away from the main hotel. I wanted to change my stay but I did not get any help or a refund. Booking the place was to be at the hotel, not driving 15 minutes back and forth for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with kids. Wikipedia this is so disappointing to me. Spending all that money and 2 hours' drive for my son's birthday and Mother's Day, then that. I was so disappointed."

"For it being my first time at great wolf lodge, i and my family truly enjoyed our stay here. I only wish the hotel had more accommodation such as an iron in the room and enough towels in the room to accommodate the amount of gues we had. Other then, everything was tasteful and i look forward to returning"
