"1 night stay, Check-in quick. Staff was pleasant and efficient. We were able to check in early for a fee. Although paid parking was a bit confusing and expensive The velvet parking attendant advised when parking the first time the room card may not work at first but grab a ticket and take it to the front desk to adjust. 17th floor Room was clean as well as the hotel. Nice city view. Pleasant smells through out the hotel. Elevator carpet are stained and need updating but otherwise ok. Paid breakfast buffet expensive and average. Although there is a omelette station, you can order off menu. Restaurant coffee was cold, but there is a complimentary coffee station in lobby. Hotel is across the street from the Arch. Over all I would stay again and recommend although, I would eat breakfast somewhere else cheaper. "

"Very helpful and nice staff. Breakfast could have something hot...like pancake or waffle, and some more protein options. Didn't like being charged for parking....and that it was "risky"."

"Purchased breakfast as an add-on to our 4-day hotel stay: * The first morning service and food were great. * The second day, there was one individual waiting tables for the whole dining room. The server refused to ask the chef if they would accommodate a special request. I ordered, but never received my drink and condiments for breakfast. * Third and fourth day, breakfast was mediocre. Conversely, I can't say enough about the woman working at the hotel check-in desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant."

"Upon check in I didn’t realize it was a gated parking lot, so I had to pay an extra $30 for 1 day of parking. They also charge a $50 deposit at check in as well. I already spent almost 200 a night to stay for one night so an extra $80 I wasn’t happy about. The beds also weren’t as comfy as they could have been but, other than that it was good! They had a really good selection for breakfast."

"Was very easy to check in the bed was comfortable and easy to get out and put up. The only complaint was that I could hear other residents doors opening and shutting but that didn’t bother me much at all"
