This room was walking distance to the track. I will use this hotel for every race I go and watch.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the amenities the hotel offered. The staff was welcoming and we had a great time.

The shower hot water was perfect. The staff was very nice. Room was clean.

Great check in great nights stay

This hotel was fabulous! Our check in was fast. Our room was very nice. Check out was a breeze. The FREE breakfast was amazing! (It had scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, bagels, cereal, muffins, and waffles!) I recommend anyone traveling to stay here. The location is close to shopping malls

The property is nice and placate in a nice area convenient to shopping. We had a pleasant experience; however, we did witness a staff member being rude to a family trying to get juice from the breakfast area right at the end of breakfast. She got unnecessarily loud and disrespectful.

Our stay was wonderful they offered breakfast and dinner plus 2 free drinks per evening. Our room and the hotel was very clean. They have an indoor pool and spa but the spa the jets weren’t all working that I would say was disappointing but overall a very nice hotel and location.

This reservation was for multiple daughter while she visited UNC at Charlotte, Mr. Brown the local manager helped check her in and gave her GREAT advice while visiting the city. A+ experience!

Nice new hotel

Centrally located for what we wanted to do.

Had to get away solo. It was my mother b-day and she passed 8 months ago & I needed time alone. It was such a good idea.The bartender made some great drinks & I met some nice people 😁

Great Customer Service by Duber and Forrest. I have stayed at this hotel probably 5 times over the last 4 or 5 years. It has been remodeled, and looks nice, but they took the ceiling fans out of the room which I would prefer they still had them. Also, the pool is usually closed whenever I am there--not sure why--but then the price should be lower. Breakfast was great though a "free-for-all" with no apparent line so there was some awkwardness.

I was there for a car show and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I had a good parking place for my car trailer. I will stay there again next year. You have a very good employee with her.

I am a longtime Hilton member and never stayed at a Home2 before. I was visiting the area to find a place to live as I am relocating to the area. I am familiar with area as its close to UNCC and decided to stay since the regular hotel I stay at was booked. I arrived and was greatly by a friendly staff. Check-in went smoothly and when I got to the room it was soacious, big with a kitchenette and living room. This hotel is brand new and could not find any issues. The bed was amazing and...

Only two elevators they need more for guests to get to and from the water park

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. Decent breakfast, as well!
