We have stayed here at least 20 times. If your going for a red bull arena event there's no doubt this is the best option. Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Always clean and very responsive with any requests. The staff are professional consistent helpful friendly and do whatever they can to go the extra mile. Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

This hotel is great for single travelers. My queen room was small but very clean and cozy. It would have been tight for 2 people, but was fine for 1. The sink is outside the bathroom, which I also think works better for a single vs double occupancy. There was a free breakfast in the morning, which was a nice touch. The staff was all nice and helpful and the property was well-maintained. I would stay there again.

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation, but understand it's NYC and parking isn't always convenient.

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!
