"It’s an older home with 5 bedrooms and a small kitchen and 3 toilets, 2 showers. It’s very clean and in a good location if you want to travel to Manhattan and not have to pay extremely high prices for lodging. The neighborhood feels humble and safe. Traveled with moms and teens group and felt safe. The Newark Penn train station is large and some areas are better kept than others within the station. There’s a really nice coffee shop half a block from the house where we enjoyed breakfast each...

"My wife and I stayed here with a few of our friends as our home base for our first time in the city. This place was adorable, spacious, clean, and within walking distances of markets and a short ride from the train station. We absolutely would love to stay here again next time we come to the east coast!"

"Edwin was an amazing host. House was perfect for our needs. Easy to Newark Penn Station...short run into NYC. Parking was a challenge, but that certainly wasn't enough to keep us from having a blast!"

Several games are provided for entertainment. The property is also in close proximity to several restaurants. I visit Newark-area frequently and we will definitely stay again."
