"This was one of the best rentals we have done. The place had one of the best equipped kitchens of any rental we have done. There were plenty of games an onsite activities, perfect for the rainy weather we had. And the backyard was huge!!The location is minutes from great places to visit, such as Korbel, downtown Guerneville, and the Armstrong Redwoods State Park. It was a perfectly balanced stay for our spring break. We had one small issue and had to call property management and they came out within minutes to take a look. Easy, peasy!"

"The house was as promised with lovely views. It was well furnished and in a quiet country location. All three bedrooms and both baths were downstairs with an open kitchen/living area above. Both levels had great decks. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Loved the location of property and views. The house met our beds. Even used the un heated pool! Some enjoyed the hot tub. Busy wine tasting including one in home private wine tasting with Dry Creek Vineyards! Only sone sight negative was one shared full bathroom upstairs with 3 upstairs bedrooms. It was fine for our boys trip but not if we had our wives. Also, several of the guys remarked that the deck outside the living room needs painting and/or upgrading. Everything else in excellent condition. Definitely very good value for the money. We would definitely stay there again. "

"My wife and I decided to stay here for our 20th wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint. The cabin was just as described, it had great character. The hot tub was fantastic and spending time on the large deck was very relaxing. Plenty of shade from all of the oak trees. The beds were very comfortable. Will likley visit again."
