"BIG fan of this property -- mostly because of the people. While a bit dated, that's part of the charm and the staff was some of the friendliest I've experienced. Super helpful, super accommodating, and super friendly. A short, mostly pretty walk to "downtown" made it easy to not have to drive a lot and outside of losing power (not in their control), it was a great, relaxing stay! Can't wait to come back and try their dining options (and sadly skipped breakfast, too much to do!)."

"The property is beautiful and well cared for. The japanese bathhouse is very special and our group loved spending time there. The pickleball courts and provided paddles/balls were also a hit with everyone. Walking around the property was wonderful as was using the provided firewood to build a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The kitchen was also well stocked with equipment and we didn't find ourselves missing anything. The beds and linens were also very comfortable and luxurious. Overall, clearly a well-designed and special property. "
"Very comfortable home. Feels new. Loved the large great room. Enjoyed fireplace and sitting outside in back. Upscale shower, gas stove. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. Couldn't locate a blender. Overall the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we expected. Called zipstay for help with a shower issue, very prompt with addressing our misunderstanding and was ready to help with anything. Problem was only a user error. One of our best rentals. We enjoyed our stay."

"Our 3-day stay at the ranch house was wonderful. The property is beautiful and peaceful, providing a relaxing escape from everyday life, but it is also conveniently located. The house itself is comfortable, well-appointed, and exactly as described in the provided materials. The glowing reviews are well deserved.The owners were very responsive before and throughout our stay, promptly answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed.We are already looking forward to returning for another stay and would highly recommend this ranch house to others."

"Great location that was beautiful and quiet. The properties five bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Outdoors had amble space with a covered patio area, hot tub with deck area and a pool. We had a great time and would recommend for families or groups looking for a space far enough from other houses but close enough to Bodega Bay and Sonoma wineries."

"What a great jumping off point for visiting wineries in the Russian River Valley and across Sonoma!! We enjoyed the hot tub, walked through the vineyard every morning, enjoyed coffee and breakfast, and even cooked dinner one night. It was a fantastic weekend, and Julie was a wonderful host. She was accessible and communicated with us quickly and proactively. The house was comfortable and well-furnished for our group. We will be back!"
