"BIG fan of this property -- mostly because of the people. While a bit dated, that's part of the charm and the staff was some of the friendliest I've experienced. Super helpful, super accommodating, and super friendly. A short, mostly pretty walk to "downtown" made it easy to not have to drive a lot and outside of losing power (not in their control), it was a great, relaxing stay! Can't wait to come back and try their dining options (and sadly skipped breakfast, too much to do!)."
"I enjoyed the location of this property, fire pit with s'mores in the evening. The river is close by and towels are provided. Breakfast was a variety of Costco goods which is a win in my book. I would be happy to return here in the future."

"This place is beautiful, charming, and in a great location! Plus, it’s dog-friendly! If you’re a Gilmore Girls fan, you’ll definitely get a Stars Hollow vibe. The drive up to the inn was really cool with lots of tall trees that made you feel like you were in a forest. There is a quaint little main street with two convenience stores and a few restaurants, one of which was fantastic for breakfast! (Separate review for Howard’s Cafe.) We booked the Ivory room, and the rooms are reasonably priced....
"My son and I had a great time staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. The tents are a good size, clean, and beds are comfortable with heated blankets. Nice big clean pool. It was nice to have our own fire pit to roast S’mores. Some other reviews I read were saying the bathrooms were bad but I really didn’t think so. This property is beautiful and we will definitely be back again. "
"Hotel Madrona is truly one of a kind. Every corner of this hotel showcases a fabulous and unique design. The garden is absolutely divine, especially with the beautiful music playing in the background—it creates a magical atmosphere. While the food at the restaurant could use some improvement, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning to stay at this stunning hotel again."
"This will be my go-to stay while in the Healdsburg area. Breakfast was delicious and inventive and the facilities were fabulous -- putting green, pickleball, pool -- all while in a quiet area of town. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were thoughtfully appointed, avoiding microplastics in cups and bottles. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants."
