"We had a great time. We enjoyed kayaking -just steps away from the deck. We went to the Monte Rio Redwoods for a little hiking in the afternoon and then came back to make dinner in the very well stocked kitchen and sit outside on the deck to watch the beautiful sunset. It was wonderful ! Afterwards, we watched a little tv before heading off to bed. The host already had several premium tv channels for us to jump back into our fav programs. Very Nice!!! We will def come back again. It’s a great place to relax & unwind!!"

"The location of this place is beautiful! The room was clean and well kept. No need to worry about it smelling like dogs. There is a golf course next to the property if you like golf. Also a restaurant and coffee shop next door. Only thing is it’s a little over price. I’ve stayed in nicer places for that price. Room has a fridge and a microwave. Landscaping definitely needs up keep, however it’s still beautiful to be outside."

"Location and layout was GREAT! Many of the serving dishes, etc. were chipped and the poor house needs a decent set of knives! Would have also liked a fresher, bed situation with newer linens and comforter. You just can’t get away with grandma’s pillow pillows and throws anymore. Property owners need to step it up."

"This is a lovely property. Great location - an easy walk if you’d like drinks or dinner at Boho Manor, or a coffee at Lightwave. The backyard is a beautiful oasis. Though the homes are close together, it was very quiet and tranquil.We found the house to be a very relaxing retreat and would happily stay here again.My dog loved the yard and neighborhood, and felt little need to bark. Would be extremely comfortable staying at the house with him again."

"We arrived during one of the hottest March temperatures on record. Riverdale was the best oasis we could ask for. What a beautiful house and neighborhood!? We'll be back for a return visit soon!"
