"This was a perfect stay In a charming house with an incredible lawn and deck. For our stay we had to navigate down a small embankment to get into the water but it was easy for us. We spent all weekend out on the river. Our dog was also in heaven and we were devastated to leave. The hosts were also so kind and easy to communicate with. "

The location was good - walking around Monte Rio and so close to Guernville, the ocean and the river! The Amenities were great - washer/dryer, dish washer, the decks. Very comfy"

"We loved staying at this charming B&B type inn. They do have a full bar and an outstanding bartender. The setting is beautiful and the location is excellent. Be aware that it's kind of like a great old house, so you might be able to hear your neighbors. "
