"We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet retreat! The hot tub was a luxurious feature of the property, as was the extra space in the downstairs unit. We especially appreciated the kitchen amenities! Check-in was straightforward and the instructions prepared us for the easy-to-miss turn off and narrow road. Thank you!"

"LOVED the house, so beautiful and amazing location and would come back in a heart beat. We never figured out how to use the front door, and used the side entrance the whole time and did wish there were more utensils, plates and cooking ware since we had a large group. Overall loved every minute and none of us wanted to leave!"

"I had such a wonderful stay at Dawn Ranch! I booked this trip as a solo birthday getaway, and it exceeded my expectations. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by towering redwoods that make you feel completely immersed in nature. My room was cozy, clean, and had a private deck where I enjoyed my morning coffee while listening to the birds. The pool was a great place to relax, and the entire property was well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, The location is perfect, with easy access to the Russian River, Armstrong Redwoods, and nearby cafés and restaurants. It was the perfect place to disconnect, unwind, and recharge."

"Truly a special place to stay on the Russian River. Check in was a breeze. Diligently clean when we arrived. Incredible amenities! Steve was a great, communicative host. The beach access was only a short 5 minute walk. The primary bedroom and other beds were comfy. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for the hot months. Split A/C units made the upstairs nice and cool. Big comfy couch for groups to enjoy movies together. I imagine this place is great for kids, too, because the downstairs has a movie room and another separate area with pool and ping pong. Our dogs enjoyed frolicking in the fenced backyard. So many fun things to do that we didn’t even get to all of them during our stay! Definitely want to rent again already! Thank you, Steve! :)"

"Loved our stay! Beautiful house on the river, swam every day. Decks and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Clean, comfortable, living space and bedrooms. Loved how well the kitchen was set up, even had sharp knives!"

"What a beautiful location and cozy home! Located right on the river with a gorgeous view out the back windows and sitting on the deck to watch the sunset over the river. We had a wonderful time with our kids and dog. We celebrated Mother's Day and my daughter's 16th birthday. Floating down the river, BBQ meals on the deck and cuddled in for movie nights. We enjoyed using the ping pong table and the chairs provided for sitting down at the river. Will definitely go back to this location."
