"The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of both the train station and downtown, which made getting around very easy. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Customer service was okay but not exceptional, and I think there is room for improvement in this area. One area that could especially be improved is the hotel restaurant. I would have loved to see a fresh breakfast option. When I ordered an omelet, it was precooked and simply reheated in the microwave. Although the staff member assisting me was very kind and pleasant, the quality of the breakfast did not meet expectations, particularly given how expensive it was. Overall, the hotel has many strong points, especially its location and amenities, but improvements in service consistency and breakfast quality would greatly enhance the experience. "

If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. "
