"We stayed two weeks at this property. You NEED two weeks, if possible, to enjoy the Exumas. Bonefish were just outside the door if you are interested in flyfishing. The view is amazing. The house itself has everything possible to make your vacation enjoyable. We spent most nights cooking as the view was awesome. We had a couple of hiccups which Jack and his crew were instantly responsive. Amazing! Tropic of Cancer really close by as well as Santana’s!! We love the Exumas and this was our sixth time visiting. Loved the house and location. We will be back "

"Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!"

Valerie was by far the best host we have ever stayed with. We stayed for two weeks and we could have stayed for two more. If you are looking for privacy in paradise, this is your place. "

"This property wasn’t even on my radar as my searches only include homes with private pools. But since FB spies on my searches, this place popped up in my feed and it looked like everything we were looking for, just without the pool. So, I went ahead and booked it, and it was a great decision! The home itself is wonderful and very functional. The a/c works great which is a must for me and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The view from inside and from the upper deck is breath taking. But the little beach and the water......I love the ocean but it's a little intimidating for me normally. The depth of the water and the clear blue color here was perfect for someone like me. We made great use of the kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We saw a sting ray, a few fish and saved a starfish that had gotten up too high on the beach. The lounging area on the beach is also perfect for tanning all day long if that's your thing. We enjoyed the relaxation and space here so much that the only place we went was to the grocery store. That's really unusual for us as we like to explore, but we just didn't feel the need to go find other beautiful places while we were sitting at a beautiful place already. The roads are pretty rough, but we wasted money on a jeep since we didn't use it much and a car will make it just fine with some skilled driving, so keep that in mind when pricing rentals. "Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "

"This house was perfect for our family. It had EVERYTHING that we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked including a water dispenser with enough 5 gallon water bottles for our entire stay. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers which we used many times a day. The living room has comfortable furniture which gave our family a nice place to hang out. The best part of the house is the pool area and beach area. We spent most of our days in the pool and on the beach. We snorkled and kayaked right off the beach and saw turtles, lots of colored fish, starfish, conchs and even a few sharks. It was amazing! We also enjoyed having a few chefs come to the house and cook for us and a wonderful trip out with Exuma Sports for a 1/2 day trip to the remote islands. This was a fun and memorable trip for our family."
