"What a lovely place to stay in the heart of England. Supremely comfortable bed, and many thoughtful touches. Everything you could want was there and the property was within easy reach of Leamington Spa and Warwick. Particularly appreciated the EV charger."

"What a wonderful home from home. Everything you need for a short break away. Comfy beds, lovely bath and shower, great log burner sustainable (air source) heating. Couldn't fault it and would have stayed longer if we could. Some lovely local landmarks including St Botolphs Church and Farnborough Hall just a short walk away. Would highly recommend and look forward to rebooking 👍"
