The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. "Morgenmaden blev tilberedt, da vi ankom. Alt var smagfuldt og lækkert. Personalet var venlig og imødekommende og skabte hjemlig hygge i stuen. Vi vil helt sikkert bo på Arnkilhus en anden gang. "

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
