"Water pressure problems throughout our stay. Hit water coming through both cold and hot taps. We had no shower for the duration of our stay. Kitchen sink has no hot water so we had to wash the dishes with cold water. Boiler noisy and once it was on, the leak was coming through the ceiling. We had switched the boiler off on the last night of the stay due to the noise and the safety concern due to the extreme not water running from both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. "We had an enjoyable stay in the flat, which was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the sea (which was just a short walk away). There was a convenience store and a few takeaway food shops nearby."

"Loads of communication from time of booking,was even able to check in early and check out late. Place is exactly as described in a great location and stunning views. Perfect spot for swimming, chilling, reading or walking around Hastings and St Leonards."

"Good view of the sea. As described and clean, and we liked the mid-century furniture. Could do with a bit of TLC (leaking shower, loose tap, oven knob not working correctly) but didn't affect the overall stay. Would benefit from better mattresses on the beds."
