"The room was clean upon entry but the under bed was not. It looked like it had bugs on it or maybe dirty? I’m not sure but regardless we decided not to use it. I loved how big the room was, the girls said they tried the pool but it was cold, it was fine though. The breakfast staff by far exceeded my expectations. The gal restocking and cleaning everything was so kind, patient and attentive to everyone. She heard me talking about wanting a straw for my baby and she went ahead and got one for me and brought it to our table. No questions asked. Then she heard my baby crying, and she started playing with her to make her happy. Overall I was just very satisfied and happy with the staff. "

"This hotel is a hidden gem! The spa is relaxing and the whole ambiance is refined and calm! Bidet style toilets and huge shower tub bathrooms! Loved the Sake bar and the appetizers. Restaurant is very clean and good! "
